On my wiki I recently had to restore the database from an XML dump. The file
structure was fine -- but the dump does not, by design, include image data. To
re-integrate the images into my wiki, I ran the rebuildImages.php script with
the --missing parameter. It lists the images it finds, but it does not add
them to the database. The first time it ran, it added two images, but none on
any subsequent runs. I've also added "$wgMimeDetectorCommand= "file -bi"; #use
external mime detector (linux)" with no effect.

On a second wiki that I run (that is in the same situation), no images were
added on the first run of the script.
Output of rebuildImages.php shows no errors. The last lines (and the following
command prompt are as follows:
