Currently, the content of (the English version of)
[[MediaWiki:abusefilter-edit-lastmod-text]] is "$1 by $2".
I suggest changing this to something like
"[[Special:AbuseFilter/history/<filterId>/diff/prev/<changeId>|$1]] by $2"
so that the user can go directly to the latest change in the filter by
following this link.
