Even though as a WMV it is less than 100 MB, I converted it to OGV and it is
over 100 MB. Should I send the converted file to someone? Or will someone
convert it and post it?
Even though NSA-produced material is public domain the clip has small portions
of copyrighted material from The Simpsons and Meet the Parents, so as a result
I want the full version on the English Wikipedia
It would be in use in the "Polygraphing" section on the article about the
National Security Agency
