5 cents in case you like them:
"Edit" and "Translate" are both worth a tab.
English (source) pages could have both: "Edit" would do what it does already.
"Translate" would substitute the ugly "Translate this page", which is in the
way and out of place in the content area.
Translated pages would have "Translate" only. "View source" would go under the
dropdown, if really needed.
