At the English Wikipedia, [[user:Salix]] reports:
"After hitting the save button and then the final save button (bring back
finish editing). It looks like none of usual javascript is working, popups does
not work, neither does the wiki min atlas links (you can't see the little round
globe). You need to reload the page to get anything working again."
They didn't specify their browser or operating system, but I can confirm this
happens with Firefox 22 on Xubuntu Linux
