Master, yes. That's the point of beta.

No, since it's supposed to be like production. Which means if we deploy a new
extension to beta, we need to configure it *like* production.

So, there's two places that need setup if you're going to fork repositories
like this again: 1) Jenkins/Zuul config (which you had already spotted and
worked on), as well as 2) the configuration in wmf-config (like we would have
to do in prod anyway).
