We need to add a new column (term_weight) to Wikidata's wb_terms table. The
column will help facilitate improved entity search on Wikidata, such as in the
selector widget.
The schema patch is in Wikibase Repo (in the Wikibase gerrit repo):

No rebuilding script is required for this schema change.
Once the column is added, we can change Wikidata's configuration to enable use
of the column
