In the display:
(newest | oldest) View (newer 20 | older 20) (20 | 50 | 100 | 250 | 500)
In line with the way similar navigation choices work on the web, if you're
currently viewing 20 items, "20" in the choices on the right shouldn't be a
hyperlink. (I would also suggest it being bolded) Likewise for "50", "100",
"250" and "500".
