see URL field: on a remote wiki while viewing global filters the parameters $3
and $4 (datetime-related) in column "Last modified"/"Zuletzt geändert" of
message MediaWiki:Abusefilter-edit-lastmod-text are not filled. Can't be seen
in english because the translation there uses parameter $1.
