We recently had a few build that failed, in between working builds.

* https://travis-ci.org/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-Wikibase/builds/9347773
* https://travis-ci.org/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-Wikibase/builds/9350137
These failures are all the same and apparently unrelated the the commits that
triggered the builds. They only appear to occur for the PHP 5.4 + MySQL build
when running the client builds.
This smells like a race condition in the tests.
