Patch for SMW_LanguageHe.php, containing Hebrew month names and 12-hour clock
and calendar-preference symbols
The last patch that I included, left copies of the English arrays for
m_dateformats, m_months, etc. These needed to be translated into Hebrew. A
patch is enclosed. Note that the various month entries will appear in RTL
order, consistent with the language; these have been tested in a Hebrew wiki
environment with good results.
