Hello dear Americans.
EASC was created standards system, named GOST, and used in Russian Federation,
including state structures.
MediaWiki is powerful engine, and we going to using it, but according to GOST
amendments, specified for Russia in last years, all software used by state
structures must me sanctified in authenticated Church. It's action can save
some bugdet by reduction of antiviruses, group permissions tuning etc. (as it's
showed by latest research of Russian scientists, protection of sancification
and God's good spirit are more effective than programs; for example our Space
Priest Iiov use sanctification to protection of spacecrafs - beacuse of cosmos
is Second heaven and populated by sort of evil spirits, sancification is
necessary for good protection; fortunately for us our Church can be do this for

Please use for sancification any of American Catholic or Protestant Churchs,
not christian-like cults. By Supreme Praying of our ayatollah Kirill, magic of
sancification was spread to all Russian copy of MediaWiki software.
