In [[Sepcial:Logs]] the sysops have a link called "הצגת יומן
שינויים בדוקים" ("show patrolled changes log", where "show" is a
link) which allows them so see the patrol log. by default, the log isn't shown.
For non-sysops, the default is log including patrol changes, which "spams" up
the log in the "כל היומנים הציבוריים" ("all public logs")
view. Also, they don't have above link to show/hide the log.
The requests are:
1. Insert the show/hide patrol log for non-sysops.
2. By default - patrol log isnt shown.
