Because the toolbox (Quote, Reply, etc) is placed on top of the post (or
"fragment") whenever the mouse is over the post, it's impossible to click or
(directly) highlight anything underneath behind the toolbox.
A solution would be to place the toolbox over a less important area; for
example, in the empty space to the right of the signature line, or between the
"History Unwatch Summarize" line and the content.
Another solution could be to have an "x" button in the toolbox to close it. The
toolbox could be re-opened either by re-mousing over the post, or clicking a
button somewhere close by (or underneath) the toolbox.
