Generating a diff from version history now generates a new action
"historysubmit". This was introduced here:
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Code/MediaWiki/57415
FlaggedRevs only shows the flaggedrevs_reviewform on action=view, so any diffs
generated from an article history now don't have the reviewform anymore.
