Since roundabout two weeks, when viewing difflinks of the form
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=65368226&oldid=63627488&rcid=65210186
the box for flagging is no longer shown (both IE 7 and Firefox 3.5). The link
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Max_Slevogt&action=historysubmit&diff=65368226&oldid=63627488
still has it. Links like the first one are produced for example by tools like
vandal fighter, therefore the Recent Changes Patrol is now handicapped.
The problem seems to be the missing title= attribute in the URL.
