As per above consensus, please create two new user groups relating to the
patrol system in the Hebrew Wikipedia.
Both user groups should be able to be given and removed by sysops.
1. The first user group will contain users who automaticly mark their own edits
as patrolled. I beleived it is called "autopatrol". The Hebrew name should be
"בדוק אוטומטית" (plural: "בדוקים אוטומטית").
2. The second user group will contain users who are able to mark other user's
edit as patrolled and also view the unwatched pages list. I beleived it is
called "patrol" and "unwatchedpages". The Hebrew name should be "מנטר"
(plural: "מנטרים"). This user group should also have the "autopatrol"
rights.
