We currently have: "Containing..." in the search drop down. I think it would be
a good idea to be able to add additional block(s) there.
Primary function that I have in mind would be to add a: "Search Wikipedia Help"
Apparently people have a lot of trouble actually "searching" our help pages.
They don't easily arrive at the "advanced" tab of the search page, they miss
the "Help" link in the toolbar etc..
I think it is crucially to provide proper search ability of our Help and
guidelines pages and this might help.
