As far as I remember the unpatrolled edits stats don't show an increase in unreviewed edits, apart from being much better than in other big wikis like fr.wiki or it.wiki, so I doubt there are big portions of unreviewed vandalism. Of course this by itself doesn't mean that current antivandalism efforts are sustainable. Helder's question however was simpler than this I think, I don't think the CAPTCHA log proposal is about measuring the quality of those edits?
