Note that the italicization and bolding are rendered incorrectly. The simplest
test case I have found that shows the behaviour is
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Kww/italictest3
It does not occur with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Kww/italictest2 or
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Kww/italictest1
Note that the template "Infobox album" uses "italic title" internally.
