I do understand the importance of the "Oriya Phonetic layout" as it is provided along with the mainstream Linux distributions. But the community worked on creating Lekhani based on the this layout. Lekhani is a slightly modified form of this layout and done by the community. So, it doesn't make any sense to keep two similar layouts. May be the name "Lekhani" could be used only in backend and would be displayed as "Phonetic" in every other place. If Inscript2 is replacing Inscript then it is alright to have it for now. Recently a new layout has been also proposed and so many layouts would simply confuse new editors. That's the only worry and reason of requesting for this.
