1. Go to
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:Amire80/be-bullet-heading?veaction=edit
2. Press Shift-↓ (down arrow) three times.
Observed:
The first time Shift-↓ is pressed, the first list item is selected.
The second time Shift-↓ is pressed, the second list item is selected.
The third time Shift-↓ is pressed, the third list item AND the heading are
selected.
Expected:
That the heading wouldn't be selected together with the third list item.
