The javascript variable wgCanonicalSpecialPageName is set wrong on pages named
like special pages.
Look at [[mw:Manual:Watchlist]]: wgCanonicalSpecialPageName="Watchlist",
wgTitle="Watchlist"
but we are not an the watchlist ([[mw:Special:Watchlist]]) that breaks js with
only look for the canonical name.
