There are people who watch recent changes, etc, but there is no community as
such. I think it's fair to say that testwiki "community" consensus is not
relevant.

Actually, the more I think about it, I actually like the idea of creating a
couple of custom namespaces on testwiki, just for testing purposes (of course):
something like 100 => "Portal", 102 => "MoreTest".
