Rogue Special:SearchTranslations
1) Visit https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:SearchTranslations while logged
in with a translator account
2) Search anything
3) Click "edit translation" below any message
4) Try and type something
I. Observed: it's impossible to type text in the text area, the save button is
not provided and an error complains about insufficient privileges.
II. Expected: as I have all the possible rights on the wiki, I should be able
to translate.
It works as expected on Meta, where everyone can translate,
