You are completely wrong that idea of international WLE arose Hong Kong on August 2013, because it was planned so from the very beginning, and I presented it on Wikimedia Conference in Milan on April 2013 and on international wikimeetup in Kyiv in May 2013 after Chornobyl wikiexpedition. I added Yevhen Buket and me because we where active organizers of Wiki Loves Earth and still continue working on it. I don't think that if you did one presentation on the project you can tell everyone what they should do.
