On Special:CentralAuth/Username, a box called "Previous global account changes"
appears, showing log entries related to the account from Special:Log/globalauth
and Special:Log/suppress, if there are any.
However this box is only visible to stewards; it would make sense to show the
Special:Log/globalauth entries to everyone. (Special:Log/suppress gets the log
entries related to hiding/oversighting global accounts, which should not be
visible to the public obviously).
