Toolbar incorrectly placed at the top, over the wiki's menu bar

Steps to reproduce
===================
1. Open https://ml.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bahadur_Shah_Zafar
2. Goto section 5 of the article and Edit that section using VE
3. Add one wiki link to any word in that section
4. Scroll back to top of the page.
