English Wikiquote request option checkbox to allow users to edit talk page when
blocked
We are asking that English Wikiquote sysops be given the option when blocking
to have the same checkbox that appears on English Wikipedia, to choose whether
or not to allow the blocked user to edit their talk page when blocked.
Currently, there is no checkbox, and it defaults to not allowing the user to
edit their talk page when blocked.
This change has community support. See
