The bugzilla entry form links each field to
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#product,
page.cgi?id=fields.html#rep_platform , etc.
These all redirect to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Bugzilla/Fields , and most
browsers pass on the '#' fragment. But the headings on the wiki page don't
exactly match, so the browser doesn't jump to the right field.
The fix is to add the fragment names to these sections using the {{anchor}}
template
