Projects on translatewiki.net are handled by different maintainers.
Special:ManageMessageGroups is currently a call for all projects. It is
impossible to run the special page for mediawiki-extensions only.
It is hard to decide what to do with entries on Special:ManageMessageGroups for
projects I do not maintain.
Suggestion: Allow a call like Special:ManageMessageGroups/mediawiki-extensions
