The edit tab at the top of the page is removed when LiquidThreads is used.
Instead it would be better if it was still there and changed to "edit header"
(or "add header" if it doesn't exist).
Furthermore the + tab (for adding a section) should probably be removed, as
adding sections to the header would rarely be used.
