The /_rt/ mode disables the selective serialization technique used in
production, which normally avoids this issue for unmodified content.

We do have information about auto-inserted start/end tags that we could expose
to bots or users. We have bug 46705 for this. I added a note there about
linting for auto-inserted start/end tags too.

I'm closing this bug as a duplicate for now. Please reopen if you believe that
this is not covered properly by 46705.
