--- Comment #15 from MZMcBride <[email protected]> --- (In reply to comment #11) > Setting it to the MediaWiki software logo (as proposed in change I9274fd895b0) > doesn't seem right either as that will make wikis looks like being about > MediaWiki by default (it's not like Bugzilla were most users are tech-savvy > and understand that this is not the issue tracker of Bugzilla because there is > a bugzilla logo in the top left corner of the page). Perfect is the enemy of the good. You're blocking an improvement without good reason. This is the MediaWiki logo: <https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/mediawiki/b/bc/Wiki.png>. This is the proposed logo for new wikis that don't set their own custom logo: <https://www.mediawiki.org/w/skins/common/images/mediawiki.png>. While they're similar, they're not the same. The sunflower is visually attractive and is _significantly_ better than <https://www.mediawiki.org/w/skins/common/images/wiki.png>. I don't see the issue here. I think I9274fd895b0 should be un-abandoned and merged. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
