AffCom is wondering if Ops has any thoughts on future requests for wikis from
Thematic Organizations and User Groups recognized by the WMF Board. Would they
be treated the same as Chapters? Is there any capacity concerns that should be
considered and used to limit requests? Does a policy exist for requesting
wikis? If not, do you think one should?
