Confirmed (Timestamps are different by 2 hours for me (17:44). Presumably you have timezone set in your preference). After refreshing multiple times, I was able to reproduce this history thing. (Where edit by Glatisant [revision 38674247] shows a diff size the same as its total size) The bad history page I got was served by mw1063 (Although seems more likely for something to be messed up on the db side then on the apache side).
