Since the last big update the extension does not apply the correct status of
proofreaded pages on the index page.
e. g.
http://de.wikisource.org/wiki/Index:Experimental-Untersuchungen_über_Elektricität_01.pdf
All pages got proofreaded once but most of the pages are shown as not
proofreaded.
