I would suggest to replace the value of the message
[[MediaWiki:coll-template_blacklist_title]] from "[[MediaWiki:PDF Template
Blacklist]]" to "[[MediaWiki:Book Creator Template Blacklist]]", because the
extension is not only about PDFs (it generates other thinks, like Open document
files or printed book)
