A Lao web font is needed. Several Free fonts are available here:
http://www.google.com/fonts/earlyaccess
(Search the page for Lao.)
Phetsarath is the font that is recommended on the main page of the Lao
Wikipedia, so it can probably be added.
Noto Sans Lao is probably good, too.
