* Click Link button while the cursor is not selecting text
Nothing happens. I was hoping for the link inspector dialog.
* Select some text and click the Link button.
Okay, the text becomes a link to its eponymous article on the local wiki. It
should be redlinked... but this was a reasonable Thing to happen.
* Hover over new link
Nothing happens
* Right click new link
Nothing
* Select a link, and click Circle-slash button.
The button goes grey, but nothing happens to the link!
