[[Special:Notifications]] (partially) doesn't respect ?uselang= URL parameter.
Try e.g. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Notifications?uselang=qqx –
some text will be replaced by message names (usual behavior with qqx), while
some willbe still displayed in your user language.
