Currently these pages just serve as a list, and a lot of clicking is needed to
actually fix / add any descriptions labels or aliases to the items.
It would add another use to the page!
* List all items without a given attribute (ie. a label)
* Provide the current label in the users language (if available)
* Provide a text box to add a label for the item in the language selected on
the special page.
The same could be done for descriptions and aliases.
