Since JavaScript for jQuery collapsible is turned off on desktop pages sections
like those in http://en.m.wikiversity.org/wiki/Chest_Xray_interpretation do not
collapse as they do on desktop.
We should decide how to handle these especially since toggling sections is a
big part of the mobile experience.
There is room here to consolidate the code for both and various UI challenges
that will need to be addressed first.
