The table using the 'Medallero' template in
http://parsoid.wmflabs.org/_rt/es/Nataci%C3%B3n_en_los_XXI_Juegos_Centroamericanos_y_del_Caribe
does not parse and round-trip correctly.
Here a template emits both table attributes and some table content. It is also
directly followed by row-syntax table cells in the page content, which makes it
even harder to support in Parsoid.
We should at least aim to round-trip this if at all possible.
