You forgot to describe "the bug" or bring up any "technical things" in your
initial comment. Also see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug

The discussion really will not profit from yet another place to discuss,
besides already existing wikitech-l mailing list and
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:HTTPS especially as the situation in China
has always been part of the discussion from the very beginning (in contrast to
Iran which was brought up in bug 52846).
