If I try to move Test\\ with a subpage Test\\/Subpage to Test\\2, Only the root
page gets moved correctly.

A redirect has been created.
* The page Test\\/Subpage has been moved to Test\2/Subpage.

Has to do with when generating the Title object's dbkey it does not use literal
strings.
