The ACC <https://en.wikipedia.orgg/wiki/WP:ACC> project is in the final stages
of moving from the Toolserver to Wikimedia Labs, but since it requires HTTPS
(to protect users' privacy) and is also its own Labs project (by necessity), it
also requires its own valid SSL certificates.
