Per community support (see the provided URL), I would like to request changing
configuration on plwiki (Polish Wikipedia). Please allow users from 'flood'
group to self-remove their right.
In configuration you should change
'plwiki' => array( 'sysop' => array( 'flood' )),
to
'plwiki' => array( 'flood' => array( 'flood' )),
