Adding a <ref> tag (e.g., a bibliographic citation) inside another <ref> tag
with a different group (e.g., an explanatory footnote), displays as desired in
VisualEditor, but when you save the page, it isn't visible because of Bug 20707
in Cite.php
This is most likely to happen with a ref-creating template like {{sfn}}, since
VisualEditor doesn't have the buttons to created nested ref tags directly.
