I've set it. A number of tickets in that product got mass-closed as RESOLVED WONTFIX" with the comment: "Mass-closing WLM app issues as WONTFIX since we won't be maintaining the same client app in future (will migrate these things to the Commons app)." Not sure if they should get reopened or not, or if anybody wants to get added or removed from/to the default CC list.
